Return Policy

All items are custom engraved and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an engraving error made by Martinez Engraving, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs prior to production.
